By accessing and using Flow AI Ultra ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Flow AI Ultra provides access to AI-powered image and video generation models. The Service requires a subscription and operates on a credit-based system.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Content generated using the Service belongs to you, subject to the terms of use of the underlying AI models provided by Google.
Flow AI Ultra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
AI outputs may be offensive or inaccurate. Flow AI Ultra is not affiliated with Google. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
